Our store is easy to find with a convenient large public car park behind the building. Owned and staffed by Wanaka locals, we have first hand knowledge and experience of the surrounding area.  We are happy to share our advice, tips and ideas, we can point you in the direction of fishing and hunting ‘Hot Spots’.

Hunting Supplies - retail & hire

Our hunting range includes guns - rimfire, centrefire, shotguns and airguns.  We will fit your scope and boresight your rifle.  We carry the full range of ammunition.  Our large range of knives will cater to most people’s needs, we carry all the popular brands – gerber, opinal, victorinox, buck, svord – as well as some more exclusive brands.

We will also outfit you with the appropriate clothing, binoculars, GPS, dvd’s, books and topo maps.

Fishing Supplies - retail & hire

Our comprehensive retail store can supply you with fishing gear (hire or buy) – spin, fly and sea we have all the lures you could ever need as well as softbaits and fly tying equipment.  Our selection of waders and wading boots will keep your feet warm and dry.

With several excellent fishing guides in the Wanaka area, we can make recommendations depending on your fishing needs.

Camping/Tramping Supplies

 If you are coming to the Wanaka region to camp or tramp we can supply you with all your needs – tents, sleeping bags, cookware, mosquito nets & repellent, gas, back country cuisine, tramping boots etc...
If we don’t have it in stock we will try to source it for you.

For those heading into the bush we have personal locator beacons for hire or buy.
